February 23, 2024The yarn is lovely with the sparkle! This is the second time I am working with chenille. I used the "Bloom" before for pillows ,my daughter loves those. This time I'm making a sweater(photo) and didn't need bulky. Pixie dust Brights is so nice to work with, even if you have to unravel,:-)). Black yarn is difficult to see your stitches/pattern with artificial light, but that is also due to my eye vision.

November 2, 2024I really like that this yarn doesn't leave little fluffs everywhere. It's strong and easy to work with, despite that it doesn't look like it would be easy to work with. I could see my stitches and made a toddler stacking toy with it.
It's very soft and easy to care for as well. Lots of colors and pretty sparkle. Only gripe is the slight higher price tag.

February 21, 2023I love the feel of this yarn. The only problem I have is it is too thick for the size hook I am using.
I’m making some toys for newborn babies and the gauge is calling for an F hook, but I have to use an E hook for the gauge. I’ve never made crocheted toys before and I’m having trouble figuring out the pattern.
But I do love this yarn!
I’m thinking about making a blanket with it. I think I’ll have a much better experience.
Pretty Yarn

November 1, 2023I haven't used this yet to make anything, however, the yarn is very pretty! I did test it out doing a quick sample swatch and it worked up nicely, it's smaller then I what I would normally use for making plushies and at the moment I plan on doubling the Pixie Dust white up with some Parfait Chucky yarn in white to make up some snowmen. I think it would add a really pretty fresh snow sparkle look to them. I ordered quite a few different colors to try.
