Je ne connaissais pas les polly pocket. Je trouve les éléments très (trop) petits. Mais il paraît que c’est exprès !

This Polly pocket is one of the cutest play set I’ve seen. It’s a good size and the one thing I noticed right away was the bright colors especially in the inside. The cute shape of the bunny face, so fun during Easter. Ok so this play set, it came with Polly pocket doll, a bunny, carrots, butterflies, a frog and 2 boats and some other pieces that are really tiny. We made sure to play on the table so we didn’t lose the small parts. My girls played with it for a while, they took turns changing out the boat, one of them was a purple swan. Polly can sit on it too and the boat moves back and forth. The tiny flowers had spaces near the big flower area, you would need to just stick those on. The bottom part of the play set also had places to place the frog or the bunny in. Now for the top part, this area has the Bunny House and Tree House. The bunny house is where you would place the white and purple bunnies in. Kids are pretty sure that’s where they live. The tree house has a swing and Polly and friends can sit there as well. It is an enjoyable, classic Polly Pocket toy. Overall, this is a good set. It’s great to bring on long road trips so kids can occupy their time with this game. This is going on our bag of fun things to do in the car when we travel.

As a 90s kid, I am so happy Mattel has brought back Polly Pocket again, so my daughter can enjoy them. The updated dolls are cute and easier for small hands to hold. Of course the pieces are pretty tiny, so obviously easily lost. We almost lost one of the bunnies within 20 minutes of opening everything.

I like the bright colors and the bunny compact is beyond adorable. I even like the design on the back. The lanyard part that you can hang the watering can from was really hard to get apart. I was worried I was going to break it and had to have my husband do it. I don’t think my daughter would be able to do it herself.

Honestly, I did not let my daughter know that this was meant to have water in it. In my opinion, that is a recipe for disaster. It’s darn difficult to get everything in the compact so it will close and pieces won’t get lost. I almost gave up. I had to get really creative.

I can’t say that I know what all the tiny pieces were for, decoration or interaction? The little boats are cute. The frog is wildly disproportionate, though fun. I have to say my favorite pieces were cute, tiny little bunnies with their cute, tiny little carrots. The swing is a nice touch, as is the tree house and bunny hutch.

Overall, it’s a cute set. One of my favorite modern Polly Pockets so far. I am really glad this one didn’t have confetti in it like the pinata ones. I do wonder why the accessories are packaged in a “mystery” bag with little question marks like it’s actually a surprise when there are pictures of said accessories on the packaging. Either make them an actual surprise or leave them out of the mysterious packaging. It’s disappointing to open them just to discover that it’s only what the box shows. I am so glad this toy was easier to take out of the packaging. I like toys using the plastic nuts to keep them in instead of tiny hang tag plastic bits.

Now, all I ask is that Mattel keep up the Polly Pocket retro Keepsake Collection! This brand is definitely nostalgic for many moms and we are happy to share it with our own kids. Now the boys just need Mighty Max to come back.
